Why feel good
So, besides selfishly wanting to feel good and have the life we want, why do we want to feel good? Why should we work so hard? Well, studies are showing that what humans feel affects the earth’s geomagnetic field.
Evidence
Check out the Living from the Heart e-paper from the new Event Temples website. On page 28 they begin the explanation of the evidence that we affect the planet and each other, positively or negatively. You must check out the graph of the information gathered from the two Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites that were orbiting the planet and measuring Earth’s geomagnetic field on September 11, 2001. It’s on page 29. It’s pretty strong evidence.
Conclusion
So, selfishly want to feel good for yourself and, if it motivates you to work for the greater good, then feel good for everyone else and the planet too. You will be contributing to the gentle transition of the planet into her next evolution.
How to feel good
So as you find things that make you feel good, make a list of them and keep it handy. Remember, it’s easier to stop yourself from sliding down the emotional ladder (referring to process #22 in Ask and It Is Given) than it is to climb back up. At least that’s true for me.
What feels good?
I can tell you what feels good to me but you want to figure out what feels good for you. Most people feel good when they take care of their body so eat well, get enough rest, be in good relationships and do things that make you feel good. Eating whole, fresh foods and raw desserts. I find that following the teachings in Ask and It Is Given have really given me a good tool box with which to keep myself feeling good. Besides that I have a whole iPod full of music that makes me feel good and the phone numbers of friends who I can converse with to make myself feel better. I’ll even excuse myself and walk away from someone who is in a bad mood so they don’t affect me.
